For the three months ended June 30, 2016, Nomad Foods posted a loss of €0.04 per share, versus a loss of €4.41 per share, in the three months ended June 30, 2015.
- Horizon Global Corp (NYSE: HZN) shares rose 8.8 percent to $16.84. The volume of Horizon Global shares traded was 301 percent higher than normal. Horizon Global agreed to acquire Westfalia-Automotive and Terwa.
